for those having problems with repairing your phones..... go to the TCI Library and pull up these 2 files:  C38.545 and C38.549.  these are the maintenance and parts manuals for the 300 series phones.... I highly recommend that you save these PDF files to a flash drive for future reference... take a look at these files and see what I mean.....
