I picked this up on eBay hoping that the handset was a brown E1. It was not, but I am more than thrilled with the paint job on the E1 handset as well as the phone. The brown swirl on the handset is just amazing. I like a 5J better than the dial blank. I had to swap out the cords but this makes a very nice D1 for a really reasonable price....Doug

I remember seeing that one.  Your pics look much better than the one posted on eBay and really bring out the finish.  Nice find!
