Western Electric METAL 304 Dated 5/46 Concave Cs  Antique Telephone

This is a tough find, in 1946 Western Electric used some metal cases that were marke with three Concave Cs by the hookswitch. Everything is dated 5/46.

Base and ringer are dated 5/46. coil is dated II 46, second quarter 1946. Transmitter is date 5/46 and the receiver is date 5-14-46. The dial is dated 4 46. The original dial plate that is is poor condition dated II 46. The current dial plate is from 1949. All cords are original with a 4 prong on the end.

I'll check my post war metal 302s and see if they have the 3 Cs. I wonder what it stands for? Continental Can Company?
