Title: Experimental Phone?
Post by: HarrySmith on October 15, 2015, 01:09:36 PM
A small yellow phone just sold on eBay. Auction # 301761270887. It was posted on Facebook. I have no pictures to post but it looks like nothing I have ever seen and is marked Bell Labs on the bottom. Any ideas or opinions??

That phone looks like it could have had any name imprinted on its touchpad, depending on who the importers sold them to for retail.

I think they were part of the Western Electric Touch-a-Matic series.
Here is another example of the same model, also yellow, serial #2562.

Here's another version from about the same time period: It's like the rust color TAM in the above topic.
