SLIK 3873 Tripod Info Needed

This was my father in laws. Is it a good one? I can not find any info on it. Unfortunately he can no long remember how to use his camera. Very Sad.

This one listed for sale at £30 UK Sterling. That seems to be their ballpark figure.

Checking online - the 3873 is actually just the pan/tilt head unit part.

Regardless, it appears to be a decent tripod setup.

I could actually use one of these, have come across them (and similar) at boot sales but never bought one. I'll be keeping a lookout from now on.
