Repairing a 202 that had been turned into a d==m lamp.

Don't laugh, but how do you install new bushings in the cradle?  Where do they go, and which one is which?  I have never done it before, so I am stumped.

Looking at other pictures tells me that they drilled out the cradle, so I will try driving some copper tubing in it to bring it back to proper size.  Maybe then it will be obvious how it all goes in properly.
