Ok, what makes this a "Bogart" phone?  I assume they mean Humphrey Bogart.

At that price, the seller would need to prove by recorded certificate of analysis, more that just an appraisal, both the content and quality of the precious metals and gems said to be part of that phone before I would even begin to consider placing a bid.
