Thanks Doug but that's not mine. The F1 & hook switch is definitely different! That pic was to show what the dial looks like, that I need. Mine doesn't have a dial and I am in search of one. I also need the bracket that secures it.

I recently got a good deal on a 525 manual set. The dial is described as being a 6S3 dial on paper work I found on TSI.I know it needs a longer ponytail than the dials on 500's.

Do you know if it the same as a payphone daisy wheel dial?

The dial adapter (shroud) is the older 1930s/1940s style, similar to if not the same as a 56A and so is the number plate (daisy).

The 63A dial adapter from a 1960s pay phone won't fit.
