Help!  Have and ITT touch tone desk phone, 2500 44, with a red message waiting light and a small red push button.  This phone had no key pad, so I found one for it - with that "flash" button.  My problem is that I can't figure out what wires on the back of the key-pad.  Does anybody have a good wiring diagram for this type of phone?

You should be able to get a start with one of the diagrams here: link.

the best thing to do, is go to the ITT files through the Stromberg-Carlson website and go from there... you need the TIMM-2 File that shows all of the schematics for all of the different models. if you can't find it, google "ITT Telephones, TIMM-2" and see where it takes you.

Is that why there is no wiring diagrams for it?
