I've purchased a couple of GTE style pay phones that have WCS1500 (WCS 1500) internals.
I'm unable to find much information on these and I'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with them or has programming information.
One of the two phones seems to be brand new and when I hook up a 6v SLA battery I do get an alternating tone. But hooking it to my Ooma does not produce dialtone (just the rapid alternating tone).
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
