Title: WE 544 Schematic Diagram

does anyone know where I can get a copy of a schematic for a WE 544? I lookied online in the tci library and it came up empty. I won a 544 this week and would like more info on it..... is it wired just like the 564, just with 4 lines? or is there a section just for it...

That's the right link but the BSP section is called 502-541-402.

John, your set would have 4 lines (no hold key) only if it is a 544A. The more common 544B has Hold + 3 lines.

CD-69219-01 Issue 3D also has some info on 540 and 560 series telephone sets. The 544 is no longer included in the 1975 Key Systems Manual.

Sure.  Look in the index documents for division 502.  There are several published on various dates, so you may get additional references by checking several index docs from about the same time your set was made.

I haven't tracked down the date, but do have a 543 dated 8/78.

Perhaps someone has BSPs from the late 1970s or early 80s that show the MD info.  I don't see anything on 54x phones after a quick look in the 1980 KSSM.
