I have what looks like a French style phone. brass and cream colored body.
1978 model however made in korea so no old style network. it's a solid state phone
with a circuit board with terrible quality slip on connections to the board. I guess I
have two questions. This board has a rather large relay on it which doesn't seem to close.
The phone rings but won't pick-up. anyone know if there are NOS of these boards available?
Or my second option. I have a working  basically totalled western electric model 500. (broken cover and handset)
I'm thinking of making a frankenstien phone here. Looks like the 500 network could fit with modifications. what do you think?
