I saw this this morning and did a bit of quick research on the dial. It appears to be a BTMC 7002 which has been discussed here before. I don't know if this phone was a good deal or not, but I do not have any dials like this.

Good price for that dial. I just recently picked up my 2nd dial like this, and I paid more than that.
:) Now you forced me to run down into the basement and look at a Norwegian phone.
Yours are obviously not Scandinavian but mine was redesigned in 1925. The handset was moved from hanging to horizontal rest position. (due to orientation of carbon granulate in the transmitter capsule)
I know mine is made by Elektrisk Bureau (Norway) and at that time they bought their dials from USA.
My dial may have been changed later.

A year or so ago someone on here had bought that same dial on ebaY (I think). There was a discussion about it and if it was indeed a 7002 or just something similar looking.

Here is one from the telemuseum, I believe this is a WE dial. The numbers rotate together with the dial.

Hello Dag,
That looks like the rare 7001 dial with the scalloped number card holder that is attached to the finger wheel by means of a screw.
The number card holder of the 7002 dial is simply clipped onto the finger wheel without the use of a screw and is often missing from the dial.
My dial finally came in the mail. Item was in Hungary. It's not marked but I think it's a 7002.
The phone arrived today. It is clearly from Spain. On the side is a small metal tag with "CTNE" (Compañía Telefónica Nacional de España) logo. The finger stop on the dial is engraved "7010-B". Most of the dial turns with the finger wheel. The transmitter element looks like 1960s vintage and has some numbers and "Made in Spain" printed on it. I gave the phone a quick test drive, and I was able to dial my phone number and leave a message. The sound quality was not so good. The phone is going to need some work. It is missing a gong and some hardware on the ringer. I don't know if I got much of a deal on this.

Nice - looks like some damage to the number plate? Be carefull - don't remove the screw on the front and try to remove the fingerwheel - you'll unwind the spring.
There are some cracks and a hole between the 8 and 9. I can probably cover the hole with porcelain touch-up paint.
