Possible "Mushroom" Phone On Local FB Marketplace

I noticed a listing on FB Marketplace this afternoon for three phones for $30.  One of them appears to be a green "mushroom" phone but missing its lamp cover.  I contacted the seller to get more info, but she told me that she sold the phones within 30 minutes of posting them.  Perhaps someone here grabbed them.

The red one looks like an early 554.

The green set has a message lamp, and looks to be set for two line but the turn knob is missing.

I thought that it might have been a message lamp, so I asked the seller what was printed on the bottom of the phone.  She had already sold it by that point, and the buyer thought that it was a 500 P/U type.  At any rate, the set of phones was certainly worth the $30..
