I've not seen one like this before.  It it was cheaper I'd be very tempted.

Equates to approx $175.
I know what you mean and I'm very tempted, but the phone room (ok, it's the spare bedroom - there is a bed under all of my stuff - honest!!) is already overfull!

This is something like "tabletop coin telephone"

These had a solder-able programming function of the 3 first digits so you could only call numbers starting on the first didgits selected when programming.  When the party answers, you slide the handle and the coin(s) drops and the transmitter is unblocked.
