I recently got some old Western Electric phone parts, and one of them looks like some sort of a contactor relay, and one is a dial pad with some type of switch hook. The other has a bunch of wiring, a network and a ringer in it and what look like tube sockets, but are the connectors for the other modules which have tube socket type plugs on them. Any ideas?

That is the totalizer. It is bumped by the coins passing  by so the operator will know what was deposited.Wired to a tone generator which beeped once for each 5 cent increment (If WE worked like GTE)
