And the winner of Auction Contest #286 is TelePlay, who with the 14th and last entry into the contest offered the winning guess of $340.00. That guess gave him his twenty first auction contest win moving him up one rung in the Contest Standings.

The phone was listed at $199.00 and stayed there with no bids until the last 10 hours of the auction when it attracted it first bid. With about 30 minutes to go, it rose to $233 and stayed there until snipe time. Within the last 9 seconds, the phone received 3 bids from 3 first time bidders and when the auction ended the phone sold for $304.99 (private listing so buyer's eBay handle was not shown). This auction was interesting in that it had 5 bids from 5 buyers and the interest was far less than the Nile Green that sold a week or so ago.
