Found this on Kijiji. Not sure if it's actually rare, or a good deal. I'm still not in a position to be buying phones, unless I come across another deal like the last one I missed out on (that $100 Strowger that apparently sells for $1000+)

That is not really a telephone but part of a voice dictation/recording system. I doubt that it is worth anything close to the asking price.
