500 clones?

At first glance, these look like 500s--but they are diferent.
The turquoise one is ITT dated 1974, from Greece:

I'd have thought the dials were Face-Standard myself, considering they were part of ITT who took the US designs and made something unique for other countries... :)

The finger stops are too far down to be WECo dials.
