Title: A recent 23J Gray Paystation Restoration - OPW
Post by: mazda_matt on December 13, 2016, 02:02:52 PM
This was the first 23J I had the chance to restore. It will be featured in an upcoming show called 'The Last Tycoon' along with 18 other telephones we built for them (16 x Western Electric 202's - 2 x 211's)

Phone was striped and sent out for power coating with a semi-gloss black finish.

New cloth covered cords

684 Subset

Stained backboard

Northern Electric F1 Handset - Sanded and buffed

Do you have a wiring diagram to connect the 23J to the ringer box?

The subset is essentially just a 302, so I used a diagram from a manual 302 set.
