Seller Listing Title:  "Rare Western Electric Bell Picturephone DISPLAY AT&T Picture Phone Telephone"

Condition:  " - - - "

Condition Qualifier:  " - - - "

Listing Description:  "Here is a rare opportunity to own a piece of history. This is an original Picturephone DISPLAY from the Illinois Bell Picturephone trial program. In 1970, commercial Picturephone service debuted in downtown Pittsburgh and AT&T executives confidently predicted that a million Picturephone sets would be in use by 1980. As you all know, this didn't happen. It failed badly and these became expensive paperweights for the building engineers because the CEO's wanted them out of their sight."

As stated it's a display item. It has no guts, you can see right through it (through the grills) in one of the pictures.
