Closed circuite wireless telephone system for a 70's themed hotel

Hi All

I am working on setting up a Closed circuit wireless telephone system for a 70's themed hotel, where 16 tables will need to be able to call each other.

I need to have 16 handsets that can all wirelessly call each other internally, these phones do not need to call an outside line.

Is there a specific piece of hardware that I can use to set this up and network these phones together ?

Are there any handsets that I could possibly buy off the shelf and set them up to all talk to each other ?

Money is not an issue, but would rather the most cheapest option and the handsets would need to be wireless.
