This is "standard" not "quick dry" which sets up smoother and harder than the quick dry. I have also  compared to Milliput which seems to be less smooth and not as hard. Plasti Loka also seems to stick better to most any surface.

Here is an example of how I have used Plasti loca on a princess type base that had a few cracks.

Here is another use , fixing a network, although this shows a Milliput repair (black) and the Plasti Loka repair (light blue) .  The plasti loka dries MUCH HARDER durable and sticks better. It is also better for "forming while drying"
