Title: Dial Number Plate ID Help
Post by: Fabius on April 13, 2015, 08:53:49 PM
Saw this number plate on eBay. I have the exact same one but don't know what dial it is for. Neither did the eBay seller. Anyone know? Thanks.

It's not a WECo plate.

Also seems odd for Automatic Electric.  Shouldn't the 4-3 pair be at 12 o'clock, and the 1 at 2 o'clock. It is at 3 o'clock.

Ok, looking at a Mercedes dial, the 1 is in about the same position.  See here: http://www.classicrotaryphones.com/forum/index.php?topic=6935.0
