Can anyone tell me the type of phone?

I saw this phone posted for sale.  Can anyone tell me the type of phone it may be?  The marking looks like it says "CTE".  Who are/were they?

Built by Telephone Engineering, Simpson Pa out of surplus parts.resembles a North Electric 7H6 but is not.

That looks like it's quite unusual. I'd get it if the price is right.

Several companies copied the housings of the North Galion sets.

Do they show pictures of the bottom of the phone?  If not, ask about it.  Also, try to get pictures of the inside of the phone as well.
