I found these two for about $130 USD for the set

They look to be in great shape. I always wanted one of these.

One says it has 40 hz ringer and other says 60 hz. Maybe one of you Northern guys can tell me the specifics on the rigers and whether i can just change a capacitor value.

Also whats the going price on units like this? They are far less common than say  WE302

The sets are North Electric telephones, not Northern Electric.     They were made in Galion, Ohio.   Northern Electric was located in Montreal, QC.

They are so pretty, but id never get the ringers

I can not recall which ATAs have adjustable ringer frequencies. Maybe one with pulse dialing too.
