Anyone have any idea, looks like a nice clean early 302 but $350?

1940 or 1941 manual (non-dial) 302 with post-1944 dial added (short finger stop). Tester 10 is probably the inspector number.

Poplar1, can I ask how you're able to tell that this was originally a manual set pls?
Number & shape of bumps on base? Rivets? Thanks.
