This is the 2AD dial.  If it is indeed a No. 2 dial.

The D plate was available on 2AD, 2ED, 2HD, 4ED, 4HD,  5ED,  5HD,  by my notes.

I have a couple of these 150Ds.  Both were found on 251s.  I've been told they were used by Independents that had connections to the Bell System long distance operator.

Pretty cool dial plate!! That would look great on any #4/#5 dial!

Slightly off-topic: has anyone else thought that the blank 150-H porcelain plates look like a polar bear smiling? ;D

No, but a bottle of Coca-Cola sounds good about now.
