Someone in TCI posted a repair ledger from a field tech. The document was from the mid 20s. One of the inputs stated he replaced the telephone at a bar. Apparently, one of the customers got into a fight, and used it as a weapon. Damaging the phone enough to require replacement. BTW, it was a candlestick
