North 500 Set

A few months ago I found a North 500 Set with a Northern Electric F1 handset on it. I put a North F1 style Handset on it and I thought it looked good. I ended up selling the set but my obsession to get a North 500 handset stayed. Me...obsessed with a 500 set! Makes two for me now.

Dated 1 54 0n the coil. Nothing on the shell or the base. Handset elements are replacements.

I found it on on eBay at a bargain price BIN of  $25 from Jim Engle. It had a broKen Bakelite finger wheel which was an easy repair as Jim had stated. Although I did superglue my fingers together though      

I love the style of theses sets with the recessed fingerwheel.. G1 Handset is very stylish.
