Coding on AE dial

Dear CRPF:

Attached is a picture of an AE dial that I saw coding on, and I'd like to know more about the coding, please.

The coding's first part is: Y 65, the second is 820C, which I think correspond to the dial type... It appears in Vermillion ink on the dial.

The number bezel is the older one with Q and Z at the 0 position.

The dial looks to me to be an AE 51,and it has the silencing pawl on the dial shaft. I know the 51A is similar, but not painted black on the back.
