And the winner of Auction Contest #115 is, and by a mere $0.76, tallguy58, who with the ninth entry into the contest offered the winning guess of $427.00. The phone sold for $413.88 edging out Russ Kirk who guessed $400.00 even by just 76¢ !!!. Congratulations go out to to both but the win goes to tallguy58, his second in the CRPF Auction Contests moving him up a rung in the Contest Standings.

And, it's interesting that the first Contest win by tallguy58 was Contest #111 for a 1960 Pink "Mushroom." He missed that selling price by $3.77 and the current #115 11/58 Green "Mushroom" by $13.12. What do we have here, a "neo Mushroom Guru?"    He certainly knows his mushrooms.

There were 4 snipes within the last few seconds of the auction, two in the $150-$200 range and two in the low $400s with the high bid of the two coming from w***e ( 1113) to take the phone home.
