This phone was featured in the movie " A Shot In The Dark" (1964) with Peter Sellers. The phone was featured in the very first scene AFTER the opening credits. It was in Inspector Dreyfus's office.
Can anyone ID this for me?

Thanks.

Looks to be a French PTT U43 phone, comparing photos with that on the PST conversion page on British Telephones' website... :)

(scroll down a bit to get to the phone)

Thanks. You're right.

Thanks again "TWOCVBLOKE" for the ID. I was able to find one over on Ebay. Fr. That model in ivory is a bit hard to find. But I got lucky and found 1 in excellent condition. Just received it today. The only thing it is missing is the cradle for the earpiece on the back. Need to post a question for help on this.
