WANTED -- Looking for Handset Cord Chain seen in picture

In the picture you can see a small length of Chain that is attached in two spots on the cord.  The chain is there as to not rip the cord.

Does anyone know were I can find the Chain and its connectors?

That looks like standard hardware store chain but I can't tell becasue the picture is so small.

Post a picture with 1,500 on the largest side and it will be easier to see (including the attachments).
