Give me some thoughts about this one.  It looks clean, but I don't know much about these.  Price is affordable and he's open to offers.

It looks pretty good but it is the later, more common type, probably not 1914-16 since it appears to have been painted black at some point (all black hardware, residual black paint at top inside of door).  The ringer is also later.  I think $125 is a little high considering the incorrect handset.  I have paid $75 for dirty un-restored examples,  so I think $100 would be better.
