Adam,

There are several of us that have had to have assistance finding these settings.  I looked quite carefully and couldn't find it until someone laid out the steps for me.

The changes are new to us all.  One just has to look around a little and discover the differences.  There are some good improvements over the old version.  Eventually they will become familiar.

Is it possible to delete a topic that I've created?  I started one, then tried to delete it since it was in the wrong category.  I hit the delete button, but it's still there.

Am I safe to assume it was the one about tip pliers? If so, I moved it to the tool area... I have a pair of these, too...

Yes - so can I assume that we can not delete a topic once it is posted?

I stand to be corrected, but I believe you used to be able to - you can delete a post. But if I remember correctly, a while back, someone decided to delete a bunch of topics he had posted in, including other's postings, so that ability was removed...

David, looks like we both posted at the same time.  That ought to do it.

Good thing it isn't a toggle on/off function or Adam would have reversed it twice and have been wondering why it didn't change!
