London, K2's, telegraphs, me...
« on: November 05, 2009, 08:16:00 PM »
Me in a lovely row of K2 boxes (none in Edinburgh), an old manhole cover and a K6 with usual central London "extras".

You know how you "think" a guy may look like when you read his posts and hear him talk, well sir you look EXACTLY like I envisioned you.

Funny how those "extras " are visible, in the USA they would be under paper or a sleve.

Nice cap, my sons were those too.

What a great sight!  We hear about these boxes being lost on a daily basis, so it's quite interesting to see an entire row of them.

I like the "extras".  Were those official GPO advertisements?

If it were old GPO cards I would have stolen them all, also would take more than 2p to indulge...

Something tells me those aren't official BT handbills.  We get the same sort of "advertisements" on the payphones here, too.
