Western Electric C4C
« on: May 14, 2016, 03:25:26 PM »
I got this ringer today.  It looks similar to a C4A except that it has two wires instead of four.

Could this ringer be used in a phone that normally uses a four wire ringer?  If so, how?

For details, make a quick trip to the TCI Library and use the Google site search for "C4A Ringer."

You'll get quite a few references, including 502-521-402-i5-service-500c-d-500dm-telephone-sets, which includes wiring diagrams.
