A Cheap WE A-1 Slipped By.....
« on: January 03, 2019, 09:21:41 PM »
There are still bargains to be had.  Just have to look for them.

I missed this one, thinking it was a 202 oval base.  Then I thought it was a B1 Round Base.  On closer examination is is a WE A1.

Yes it has a cracked spitcup.  The closed auction indicated that it sold for $150, with a $36 starting bid.

Yet another bargain.

WOW! That was quite a deal. Looks like it sold for the opening bid of $36.99! Hard to tell what it is, no good pictures of the phone.

I believe it sold for $150 based on the sold items listings.  Still a deal though.

The A1 outline can be seen in one of the views of the desk set.  The seller must have thought the wood was more valuable than the A1, based on the number of photos of the ringer box.

Seller's sold items shows $175, but bidding history shows that he accepted the "best offer" of $36.99.....was it originally posted as "$175 Buy It Now", and seller offered $36.99? Or listed as an auction starting at $36.99 with a buy-it-now of $175?
