If anybody wants to save an old desk stand that has been brassed out, there is one for sale on Ebay that some idiot turned into a lamp.   Bellechoses6 is the villein.

Item description by belleschoses6:
‘For sale is a gorgeous Antique Western Electric Candlestick Telephone with light, circa 1915. Item is in beautiful vintage condition and would make an incredible decor piece. It has been rewired and the lamp does work. Stands roughly 23” tall...’.

You sure the seller is the villain or just someone trying to do a citrus conversion (lemon+lemonade) on someone else's mistake? ;D

Easy to remove the lamp but less easy to refinish.

What is concerning is that the switch hook is too low so there might be something wrong inside.
