Here is a common W.E. Orange 1013 Butt Set.  What makes this one unusual is that it's N.O.S.  In all my many years of collecting phones, I believe this is the only unused W.E. plastic Butt Set I have encountered.

(W.E. cafeteria tray is also N.O.S.)
