Early WE Single Slot Instruction Cards

I found a pair of early (ca 1967) Western Electric single slot instruction cards for 10c calls.
I am attaching 300 lpi scans of them, without editing, and cleaned up for neater printing.

BTW, these would have been used in the Seattle area, Pacific Northwest Bell territory.

I wonder if we should have a sub-category or sticky for payphone instruction cards?
