It looks like lots of early 1960s 500 sets, judging by the one number card with a 2 letter and 5 number card and the skinny 1960s coil cords. Funny that the switchhook buttons are missing. They could be display models.

The movie Bells Are Ringing came out in 1960. Here's a link to a couple posts I made in 2009, showing the phones in that movie. Lots and lots of phones in that movie.
