14" Telechron Ashland MASS Wall Clock

Picked this up on the Cape yesterday at a Wednesday Flea. Covered with mud and decals...yes decals. Bakelite looks perfect ...now. Replaced the cord and keeping perfect, silent time.

Ashland is the next town over from me....Doug

Thanks guys....I just love these clocks. I have a smaller one in the Phone Room, I installed it in the guest room. Looks fantastic! The Dark Brown Bakelite just shines..Doug

Nice find! Telechron made such nice commercial wall clocks. Guessing they (as well as their General Electric equivalents) could be found hanging on the walls in many businesses, as well as homes, well past Telechron's demise. I still see them from time to time, still keeping as good time as ever. Here's my favorite of the Telechron commercial wall clocks I've acquired thus far, a 301 from the 1920s:

Probably should've had the 2H25 running when I was taking the picture, but it only has a stubby power cord. :-[
