Nickelodeon Talk Blaster

My most recent phone purchase was a Nickelodeon Talk Blaster phone.   This phone was originally sold around 1994 as part of a series of "Blaster" electronics with Nickelodeon branding.  Other products included the Time Blaster alarm clock, the PhotoBlaster camera, and many others.   As Gen-Xers and Millennials are getting nostalgic, these items seem to be getting more collectible.   The Talk Blasters I've seen were going for $50 and higher on Ebay and Etsy.

I purchased one from PhoneVault for $35.  It was NIB, complete with all original parts and manuals.   The attached picture is an example of a boxed one and not mine specifically.

It works perfectly and is fun!   Once you install 3 C-cell batteries, you can choose from five different ringtones by turning a knob on the front left.  Lights also flash on the top when the phone rings (or when you hit the big red "test" button on the front right).
