I mounted the power supply/ring generator. Buzzed out the cables. Hooked the first one one carrying stations 1-24 to an old LAN jack board form work. Hooked the third one carrying the trunks to an outlet box with 2 connections.

My wife thought coasters would dent the carpet, so I attached 2x4 "sleds" and carpet sliders. Managed to get the cables out the original hole:

What a cool idea. Nice work, good idea with the 2Xs as sleds. Yes coasters would leave a long lasting dent in carpet, so this will work better in the long run.
