Found it at an antique store for $50, but I passed it up. Somebody else didn't, though.

Not a KTAS but from Norway or a BTMC set from belgium   .Dial has been replaced

Did you manage to take a look underneath?
Dial looks Japanese (eg JN- DO- models).

Thanks! Great info. I did pick it up and look at the bottom, but didn't take a photo and now don't remember what I found.
