Does anyone know what this box may have been used for?  It's labeled Western Electric ED-92153-10.   Is it used for alarm systems or maybe a switchboard?
I have tried to search the BSP manuals but I can't locate it by the number.

Any help is appreciated.

ED-92153-10 is the number of the circuit drawing. A photo of the overall enclosure might help in identifying it. Besides the TCI Library, a query posted to the switchers on the TCI list might also help identify it.

Thanks for the info.
It has eight red indicator lights on the top row and eight push button keys on the bottom row.  The box measures 9"x5"x5".
I will try to post additional photos.

A recent thread on the TCI listserve discussed some of these boxes:

To confirm what Steph. said. They were used (at least where I saw them)
as remote alarm indicators usually with an external alarm bell. For example
in one C.O. the Panel office had this type of indicator panel and displayed
alarms for the No. 1 Xbar, the No. 5 Xbar and the T-Carrier center.
Are you looking for something in particular like replacement lamps.
It always amazed me with the quality of these and other devices made
by Western Electric.

From a 2007 auction:
You are bidding on a vintage Alarm Indicator Box with a Receiver. It was produced by Western Electric & it is part #ED-92153-10. It is in like new condition & the box has dove-tailed corners.

Babybearjs

have have the same box, but Mine has 8 red lights and 8 green lights. I use it for a line status and power indicator Box. I have never found anything on this in the TCI Library.

Yes, this is what it looks like.  The information you posted from the TCI is very helpful.

Thank you and everyone for the information and as always, this forum is excellent.

Turns out mine is not the same, yours is very cool. Whatever it is, I don't think mine was used. It is a great display...Doug

I had one of these that looked a lot  like Doug's. The lamp lenses were  different and I think were mainly red. I suspect I still have it somewhere.
