Looking through past auctions as I researched my TYPE 32 glass front box, I came across this auction:

The #5 arm may have been added later. These are also found with #242 arms, usually replaced by #10 arms if the phone was still around.

Here are some pictures of the same type of phone showing it converted into a 240.  This one had it's original top box replaced with a modified TYPE 44. It looks as if the 44's automatic exclusion switch has been removed. The good thing about this one is the super hard to find L&LD badge and the fact that it was modified with a #10 and not a #5.  This means that the original #242 can be added without filling holes etc.
