OK Guys... I bought a grandstream HT-814 4 port ATA to go with my 4 line 1A1 key system. I found a company 1-voip.com that offered residential service and have been having a hard time trying to connect to the service. support sent me the basic settings and the number I was given registered with the service and I am able to DIAL-OUT... BUT... when someone tries to call in, it goes directly to VM with an error uccuring... or so the recording states. does anyone here know how to get the bugs worked out of this service... I'm trying to understand the UI of the HT-814 and needing to know what settings need to be changed  to get the service totally working. I'm still trying to understand all the commands to make this system work. does anyone have experience in setting up a GSHT-814? what should be the basic settings to get the unit to work all the way....?

I have my 814 and 818 on both voip.ms.

I might be able to assist.  What router are you using? Was it supplied by your ISP/cable company?

To check if grandstream has been correctly registered with your SIP provider from your HT812/HT814 web interface under Status → Port Status → Registration
If it displays Registered, it means that your account is fully registered, otherwise
it will display Not Registered so in this case you must double check the settings or contact your provider 1-voip.com.
Do the grand streams support pulse dialing?

Babybearjs

yes, the GSHT-814 does support pulse dialing, it has to be enabled in the advanced and/or profile pages. when setting up the ata be sure to scroll through the options slowly to catch all the proper options.

Yes.
They do an internal pulse to DTMF
